Best product but company has to think to make change in product like backside compressor totally near to tray and wires so when compressor start than tray and wires make noises and that noise like really hedache.. So require improvement in it.. I have made many complaint of it but everytime engineer came and work on tray and wire than noise be slow not completely silent but after week it going again noisy

I received product day before yesterday 09-11-2021 and product installed on 10-11-201 at 7-8 p.m. Its not working properly. its not cooling. I call customer care department for complaint. they don’t tell me about replacement of the product.

It often makes a little noise on the back side. Bottom vegetable box is quite small. Right window space is only for big items. Especially outer paint is not that perfect.

No enough space very narrow…cant hold big items..veg tray is tiny … the biggest discomfort is the water collector tray at the back is un detachable..every time v hav to dip our hands inside the tiny box attached at the back after defrosting..technology shld b improved to lessen our burden here it is increased to frustate us.. if i wud had seen this in showroom wudnt had bght this..dont know abt eb intake.

This fridge is a problem because is isn’t cooling better than then expected and the company which offers 07 days fresh vegetables is a lie. I lost 10 lts of patanjali milk and green peas that I store in fridge got rotten when I got the fridge. Also, troublesomeone are the whirlpool warranty service they make us April fool because no one is interested in fridge problem all they say that mechanic will visit your home and resolve it but now it’s your headache to go to mechanic home and say ” please help to resolve my fridge problem” . Thermostat is the first problem that arises and that cost 200/- but too much effort that you have put which is incredible. My advice better to buy fridge that is fost free which is far better from this single door type fridge
