First time worst experience after buying from Amazon. 1st didn’t received my discount amount and than the fridge is not working properly. When I was trying to return the product they were not takin the return option. Amazon have become the worst day by day.

This is a good product from Whirlpool a top brand in this field. This refrigerator is spacious and can easily handle stuffs for 4-6person. Freezer is good and spacious for keeping frozen items etc but have to defrost in every 2-3 days. The garden fresh chamber for veggies is small and can accommodate upto 3 kg of veggies/fruits. The refrigerator door is very free and do not remain stable after pulling the door for taking some product out of the Fridge and become stable only after reaching its max rotation with some jerk…This I did not like. Overall this is very good product launched in 2020 having 5 star rating which will help in less energy consumption., I was a little bit disappointed with the colour as such while buying it was showing glittery light in color but in actual it was not so. During, festival offer, on my HDFC card I got instant rebate of Rs.1500/- and paid only around ₹16k. It was a good deal for me.

Received refrigerator with dents on both sides and scratches on right side.
Deep freezer is small.
Looks like a damaged piece was sent or was damaged during transport.

After reading seller’s own answer that the fridge is 2019 model I was suspicious still placed order. Guess what, the model is 2020, and 5 star certification is 2020-2021. This is the best 5 star fridge available right now with a tray (Samsung too has a good one, but that is slightly smaller 198L). Liter by liter cost, this beats every other model in the segment.
Defrost drain tray in the outside is fixed which is a minor inconvenience. I just unscrewed it, then cut off two opposite ends of plastic knob. Now I can remove the tray and place it back, voilà!
107 units per year for 215L fridge is a record. Perfectly compliment my journey to minimize overall carbon footprint,.

Waste of money don’t but this fridge becoz it has plastic lock and coil in back like vintage fridges and also not even 2months I bought this fridge the lock is broken is fridge light is gone
It has deforst button which collect water in back
You have to waste an 1hr every month to clean it worse fridge for this price very expensive as compared to freature felling like bought second hand fridge

I took this product on 23rd April,
When it was delivered I have seen for the damages in and but I use to tell one thing who is going to buy these types of items in the online
after delivered when I checked in-depth inside the fridge I observed some fungus type dead insect and some black marks when used product experiencing marks inside, so be aware while getting and before delivery boy leave out off your house as they won’t exchange or cancel the order. This I experienced 🙁
Other than that when I used this product so for no issues at all and power consumption is very less, I am using this with a low cooling control working every time, worth for the amount

Everything is ok till now, colour and size of refrigerator is awesome also good looking for a family of 3/4 members.
But the base drawer is crack and not fit properly, and middle plate is not found in the box.
Can I get it……. please reply
