The media could not be loaded.
I brought this product after going through multiple reviews and the trust which I had in samsung. But the product stop working after 3 month of very limited usage. It is giving lots of noise. Initial days it was working fine. I never ever expected this kind of product from Samsung. I am really unhappy. I hope at least samsung will provide proper support. Lets see.
The customer support is not at all good. The product will work for few months and stop working. I will share the video in youtube and share the link. Better go for some other brand like LG, IFB. This is my experiance with Samsung product and customer support.

Perfect 7kg capacity washing machine from Samsung. Its got 5star rating with built in Inverter technology.
I was using IFB before & it had troubled me a lot & finally I had to discard it for this brand.
I had gifted similar model to my mom (8years back) & thats working trouble free.
Totally recommend.

There are many inbuilt pre defined functions (12 to be exact) in which further Water Levels , Wash time , Rinse time and Spin Time can be adjusted as per requirement.This also has some advance functions that the previous models lack ,its also has 5 star rating and uses Inverter technology which reduces the energy consumption.
The body and the diamond drum of machine are made of steel and the working of machine during wash cycle is very smooth and silent , there are some very minimal vibrations during the fast spin cycle.
The delivery from Amazon was pretty quick and the installation guy came the next day after delivery.
The installation was hassleless and the installation guy demonstrated all the functionalities.In case you need a stand and cover you’ll need to pay extra (₹1500 stand and ₹450 cover)
Overall a good buy , completely satisfied with what it offers

Started making a lot of noise when clothes were added . Had to call Samsung support 4 times to register the complaint. Had to stop the washing process 2 times because of the noise.
Amazon Customer –
The washing machine does not clean well. The scrubbing action is pathetic just half a second of to and fro motion where the clothes don’t even move back and forth properly. We need to manuly scrub even light stains for the clothes to come out clean after wash. NOT HAPPY.
The noise level is low, but if the washing machine does not WASH properly, appreciating the low noise level makes no sense.

We have purchased a Samsung washing machine. it have not reached to our exceptions. We wants to return the product and refund the amount .but the amazon has placed replacement of the same product.
If we had’t satisfied with the Samsung washing machine, how could a same product meet our exceptions.
Kindly requesting you to refund the amount . Also the one who was sent for demo was in hurry and didn’t explain all the features correctly.
Washing machine is even not working properly as either it continuously drain or the rotating tub was not working correctly.
Overall the product is not that useful and we are requesting to refund the amount . After few days we got the replacement of the same product which even doesn’t satisfied us .we need the refund of the product .
