I never done any drilling work before nor held drill machine ever. This was my first experience. It is really easy to use. I even made 2 holes in wood (laminated wood plank) for testing. It was too easy, just press the forward button to begin and then press reverse button to remove drill back.
Also make sure to use right drill bits for each surface. And don’t forget to switch between drill mode on top which has 2 options Wall (hammer drill) and Wood work.

It’s good for drilling holes on wood but for tiles and concrete you need a heavier machine bcoz I was not able to drill on concrete and tiled bathrooms.

Disappointing. The Chuck key to change drill bits broke into two pieces in first use. Can’t change the drill bits now. Contacted Amazon. They weren’t much helping. Only gave an email Id and a toll free number to contact manufacturer. Contacted an authorized Bosch dealer. It seems like there is no warranty for Chuck key. The new ones cost around 405rs. For that Small thing which they won’t give any warranty or guarantee. The drill seems used before I purchased. Had greeze all over it. Even in warranty card. Who knows what is next to get broki or malfunction. Second quality product!!

Pros:
1. The product is durable.
2. Different drilling bids and accessories with the product.
3. Easy to handle.
4. Best at the price around 2200.
5. A trusted company product.
6. Different mode of drilling available.
Cons:
1. It’s a little heavy.
2. It’s is not cord less at the price.
3. Not for industrial use in my opinion and people in construction business for this particular product.
Overall a great product for your house hold repair and drilling needs

Have been using it for more than 6 months. Good product. Not heavy. Easy to handle. Sufficiently powerful for drilling into cement, concrete, wood and metal (sheet). The speed control is very smooth and gives confidence to even amateurs.
Two recommendations: manufacturer should provide a more durable and thicker plastic carry-box instead of the cardboard packing-box: AND a better users’ manual, with more details, good illustrations / photos, tips and tricks, safety, etc (there are better photos and descriptions on Amazon).

It felt good enough for woodworking.
For indian walls (red-brick + thin plaster), I need to follow steps of:
[1] use small bid and *drill* few mm (say 2mm), as it won’t go any further and keep rotating
[2] replace with next size bid, and use *hammer* action, and try to drill-in while needing to apply force. This also takes time like 2-3 minutes, as one must be careful.
[3] clean the hole, check whether plug can go in (first using screw and then actual rawal plug)
[4] hammer in more using same bid and drill, and try to angle the same to smooth out the hold dia
the lack of guidance wastes time as we need to drill in 2-3 times to achieve desired depth
Worst part: screwdriver mode. Machine keeps slipping from screw head on very slow rotation too (1 or 2 rotations per 3 seconds — yes that’s doable with this drill machine with steady hands).
Received bids+screw set has poor quality Screws. This get easily bent and especially when removing (carefully).
Tried out only on home wall and wood furniture.
Cost Does not justify user experience value. Should be a good buy at 1500-1700. I bought at >2590

Its easy to use. Does what it is supposed to do.
The only cons: The kit given with the drill machine is on the cheaper side. They have given bad quality screws and nylon sleeves are of very poor quality. Also the plastic packet to store screws tore up while I was taking the screws.
