The Build Quality of this product is not very good by its look. The carry case received as Broken as seen in the picture. However what I am happy about is the ease of use and performance. There is not lag as for as its performance is concerned. It is excellent & works as a charm. Go for it.

It’s working properly and easy to use. Thanks for its basic functionality.Cheston is offering in a lower price with an excellent built quality. Packaging was damaged because of the mis-handling by the couriers to the distant rural areas as I have received it in damaged packaging condition. And the courier kept it with him for two days… Cons: reverse rotation is not available in this model….

Cheap Product quality. Surprised to see Amazon having these kind of products. Product box was broken and 1 bit was missing and raised return. But I am thankful to amazon for accepting the return and refund. I purchased Bosch !!!

For the first time I bought this hammer drilling machine can’t believe that the machine could be that powerful It couldn’t feel a thing, it just go across anything I tried it on white cemented wall it it was just piece of cake for this piece of machine it’s amazing I have no words to say.

The description of the item on AMAZON website is misleading. It states: “CHESTON rotary hammer drill with 3 different modes + a carry case + 3 pcs hammer drill bits and 2 bits chisel is ideal for almost all drilling works…” The machine has actually two modes viz. Drilling and Hammer Drilling modes. The third Chiseling mode is absent. Two bits chisel are also missing from the delivered pack. The quality of three drilling bits is not so good. Nevertheless, the product is worth its price. I advise the Seller and AMAZON to be meticulous in description of products on the website to avoid customers’ displeasure and inconvenience.

This drill makes holes in concrete (RCC) like its butter. My flat’s walls are of rcc and my existing drill was not able to make holes in rcc. But this drill does it very well on hammer mode. Normal drill mode would be usefull in drilling through wood etc.
Haven’t used bits included in package, used my own bit of 6 mm. Works very well.

Amazing product. Little difficult to handle it for ladies as it is too heavy. (felt so probably bcz I’m handling a drilling machine for the first time)
