The installation was worst. The installation person was charging unnecessarily along with the GST and also he didn’t provided the original bill. It seems that the extra more amount they charged us goes into technician pocket. Installation was not done properly and also not as per our wish. He also unnecessarily charged for additional materials like copper wire, drainage pipe, white tape etc even if we provide them the extra material then also they charged me. The installation person was also seems to be local person. They mentioned STD installation charge as RS 799 but in actual they charge more anyhow in the name of fitting charges. If they charge for each and every material in the name of fitting charges then why they take STD installation charges.
Also the remote of AC is not working properly. It seems that they have send used product. After one week there is cooling effect. AC is not getting cooled even if kept in 17°. It seems that condenser and compressor are damaged.
Inspite of complaining number of times to Amazon they are not bother to resolve the issue.

Missing copper pipe in the package. The installation technician left saying file a complaint and contact them after receiving the pipe. Shared the job sheet copy through mail to Amazon already. I will update the rating once resolved.

Ac is undoubtedly best but installers are annoying. Asking 4000 instead of 800. Demanding 600 Rs for 12 inch pipe instead of 30-40 Rs. If you buy this pipe by yourself from market then they will charge you lot of labor so in one way or other they will charge you ridiculously high price

If you are getting attracted by price than its a trap. This A/c is a metal scrap. Please don’t go for it. Never expected such a poor product from Godrej. So many issues, fan motor failed within 18 months. Even after replacing again it is giving issues. Lot of noise from indoor unit after 3 months.

Thinking Godrej is Made in India ordered them. The A/C came in good condition. Delay was due to the corona lockdown. The Godrej guys who came for fixing took a whole day to fix the A/C. Which could have been done in Half a day.

Guys Don’t buy Godrej A.C products because after Sales service is very poor by Godrej Brand and as well as features claim of A.C low noise but noise is very high.

It is the worst product I have ever seen. It is not able to cool the room of 10×8 size. So, why should we buy this product🤨 and frankly speaking 3k cooler is far better than 29K godrej AC. My recommendation is not to buy this product as both product and service are worse than anyone can imagine. Noise level is too high. You can’t even sleep while ac is running. I lost the faith on the brand Godrej.
I bought another AC from the brand Carrier. Though it costs a bit high, it far better than this.
