This product Is awesome, Definitely Recommended to but it☺️
But the customer service who came for the installation they were dumb they don’t know any thing they took 5 hours for the installation even I don’t know Amazon or LG who should provide the outdoor unit stand you have to buy it separately and if you want to extend drain water pipe you have to buy it separately too and for the stand they charge me 1000Rs and for extend water pipe 250Rs
They were no free installation they charge me 900Rs I am totally not satisfied with the installation service they damage my outdoor unit compressor 1st they install at the other place and said you to buy a copper wire extra which cost 900Rs per meter they only want to make a money
Coming to LG AC it’s awesome very cold and silent go for it and make sure you will buy the outdoor unit stand in advance before they come for the installation

If you are looking to invest on consumer goods such as Refrigerator, Washing machines, Air Conditioners?? Blindly go for LG!! After doing a long research for AC, most of my friends and family recommended me to go for LG. later I have decided to go for LG and bought this AC for 37k which is February 2021 manufacturing date.
First of all Thanks to Amazon for a timely delivery. The LG technician also came on the very next day and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He drilled the wall very neatly and fixed my PCU at a safe place.
He also recommended me to buy a stabilizer to avoid power fluctuations.
I bought VG 400 stabilizer for 1500/- you can see my images. He is very knowledgeable about the product and explained us about the product very well!
Total charges:
999/- for installation (Depends on the offer)
1050/- for PCU Stand
300/- Drain water pipe.
Performance of the product:
The performance is absolutely amazing and cools the room within 3-4 minutes.
The functionalities given in the remote are user friendly!
I’ll come back to you again after 1 month with another review about the electricity bill along with the latest performance!

This is a good budget friendly energy saving AC.
Got this delivered on schedule by Amazon’s Delhivery partner.
(However, the 3rd party courier “Delhivery” could have delivered early, since the item was already in final destination 3 days before the actual data of delivery, but they delayed it until the actual date)
LG service engineer called me for the same day installation, however I rescheduled it for next day as per my convenience.
Note: I live in a tier-3 city, which is a Taluk place, it’s impressive that I got the same day installation by LG.
You can get this installed by local electricians for ₹ 400-500, but I would suggest go for LG service engineer only, since they are experienced in this area.
I rate LG Service engineer 4.5/5🌟 , they did most of the job right, but they didn’t clamp the copper pipes that goes to outdoor unit. I observed this after the next day of installation.
I suggest, monitor how they install and verify if things done properly. Get it corrected then and there itself, don’t make the mistake I did.
It’s a 5/5 🌟 AC, go for it.

After 2 months of rigorous serach for the AC, finally decided to go with LG. Previously I was using Voltas. This is the best you can get from LG. Speedy delivery by Amazon and same day installation from LG.
For product I have given 5 star rating. However installation was not good enough for same rating.
Pros: 1. Cheaper than the reputed brands.
2. Offers so many features compared to other brands
Cons: only con is the Installation guys will rob you. Consider below before scheduling call for installation.
The copper pipe is located on right side of the unit. Drilling on right side will reduce need of extra piping. You can do core drilling from local market. Ask them to major 20 to 22 inch from ceiling if your planning to do false ceiling. Else unit height is around 12 inches. So 16-18 should be fine. Ask them to drill 3 inches core from bottom, sufficient for all 3 pipes. They will charge you 100 rs per inch compare to installation guys 150 per inch.
Unit will come with 10 feet pipe, if you need more, then better to buy from local shop. Installation guy will charge you 250+ GSTwith bill. I bargain for 200 per feet without bill. You will definitely notice the poor quality of the copper pipe from installation guy.
Buy drainage pipe from local store as the installation guy will charge you double. 10 feet should be enough.
Don’t expect demo as they will be in hurry for next installation.
This is the same story for other brands as well. So choose the product based on features and price rather than installation.

I just bought it. due to temp. is not high these days, it can not be reviewed for cooling efficiency.
But the service was very good and fast. I got installed on the same day of delivery.
Will further give feedback, after using it in the month of May and June when the heat is on the peak.
