The media could not be loaded.
AC received on time and Havells Send SMS and follow up calls, installation started on the day we received AC, charged extra for Stand and copper pipe, Installation charges were around 1200 total Spent 3000 .
Next day completed installation and also installed Digitap app to connect my Wi-Fi.
It’s working fine.

Lloyd Ac is awesome what I get, delivery was on time after 2 days.product was as good as I expected. Little bit I am unsatisfied with the Installation, because I have done Core drilling when the work is easily done with the Bigger size Drill bit but the Installation guys does not want to do so and they have not brought the proper tools. Otherwise the product is awesome.
I will give next review after 1 month

AC was installed today. Room size is less than 100 Sq ft. It has been two hours but no cooling. Installation team not responded well. They were rude and arrogant. may be issue with cooling pipes or gas or god knows what. They are saying we have an iron almirah in the room and so the cooling will be absorbed by the almirah and any ac will always be this way. I just wasted my money. Should have gone to the local store. Even the Ac looks huge and delicate. Outer frame was broken by the installation guy while fixing it. Very disappointed

Good installation..nice service…they charged Rs.2200/- for installation and ODU clamps. 3 days monitored…ours is 110 sqft room…this 1 ton lloyd ac is more than enough…will give another review after 1 month..fast cooling… Little bit noise..

Dear Lloyd,
Is this the service quality and service engineer you are giving to the customer. This kind of naive engineer you are providing for service? I have installed Daikin and Hitachi earlier but I never faced such a disaster. My electric connection went off deliberately, and we may die because of your fourth-class services. Shame on you.

Copper pipe and flower nuts were missing in the package for that i had to pay extra rs. 2200. Did not ecpect this from brand and Amazon.
These are the essential parts for the ac. Don’t know what is purpose for delivering ac with missing parts and then we have to buy it again. Would suggest everyone to buy it directly from stores.
Also after using for 2 months, came to know that it is just for name shake wifi ready, their app is not updated to connect to this model hence you can’t use smart ac remote from your mobile. Just in name of wifi it is over priced..

If you are searching a WiFi Ac then don’t buy it. it is WiFi ready ac not WiFi enabled it means it will not work in your mobile app. In this price range go for hisense or panasonic WiFi ac. Cooling is also not good worst service by lloyd customer care. ac installation services is so poor technician try sell his product stand 1200 and extra copper pipe 600/ per feet he will told if you not buy his product your ac will not work good so never hier technician from Amazon and you can buy in this price range good other brand ac
