Buying this AC was one of the biggest mistakes in buying appliances I made. I should have cancelled the order when lockdown started. It was delivered after 2 months due to lockdown but after that Whirlpool took 2 weeks to install it. First time they didn’t fit it where I wanted, it was not installed properly and there was water leaking from indoor unit. They also forgot to fix pipe in outdoor unit. Took 300 rupees extra because we bought our own stand as there stand was costly and of poor quality. Again, they came next day and fixed this issue by drilling wall once again, spreading dust but didn’t fit it where I wanted. But now, R32 was leaked by those idiot technicians(Rizwan from Jai Durge Refrigeration) and it stopped giving cooling. After multiple complaints/calls and mails they came after more than 20 days but now once again I am facing the problems and after repeated calls and mails they didn’t come. It has been 2 weeks. So, if you are thinking of buying any Whirlpool AC because of its low price, please don’t they suck big time. Their customer support is not at all helpful. If you think Amazon will help you, you will be sorely mistaken.

after installation from day one it’s not working. service guy’s also not responding. From first day it’s not working i called many times but one can respond and giving rash answers. Value of money 0%. People Don’t buy whirlpool products. if you buy you will lose your money. i strongly telling that don’t buy whirlpool products.

Installation done on 10 april..Used it less than 10 to15 days than it stopped working since then there was a error showing E6 , E2, H1, H4 etc..etc.. 3 to 4 times technician visited but unable to understand the problem. Amazon denied saying that return window closed and shrugged off the matter saying you need to speak to Whirlpool only. After 3 months of agony whirlpool finally agreed to replace indoor unit only..11 July whirlpool uninstall it and 12 July new indoor delivered. Now still I have been waiting to install this new indoor unit. Iam still not sure that it will work or not as outdoor unit is old one.
I have spend thousands of rupees for my family comfort during summers but sadly whole summer gone , more than 3 months now.
I need resolution on immediate basis before going to consumer court for relief appeal.
I need answers from big brands of whirlpool and Amazon for mental harrassment and discomfort of my family.

Received the product on 14/05/19 and got installed yesterday (16/5/19).
There is two big dents on the indoor unit (at the base of the unit adjoining the wall). Didn’t at all expect this kind of quality. Also there is no sleeve provided to tape the pipings. The installation technicians just left the pipes as it is, giving a very shabby look. Extremely disappointed by the overall experience.

It’s a 5star.. N really 5star kind of installation n excellent cooling… Worth buy.. Go for it.. I got it at 32990 and installation charges was 499+taxes. After getting product you can call whirlpool customer care directly n book the installation for security purpose. As engineer directly comes from authorised whirlpool centre. Awesome deal boss…

The product from Whirlpool is known for its quality and a great value for money. However an excellent product falls prey is it is handled and installed by a poor installation team with no right tools in hand. We had a very poor experience with the product installation and finally the entire installation was just wrapped up at the day end. Whirlpool shall review the vendor capabilities for an improved customer satisfaction.

Whirlpool team is crap. Their Installation technicians are worse. They took their own sweet time in coming for the installation. I had to repeatedly call them, completely useless. The technicians came, started making excuses after excuses regarding installation. It’s clearly mentioned in the T&C that they do whatever is needed (within their scope) and we pay them for any extra stuff. Disappointed with the installation. Stay away from Whirlpool Products which need installation in Kolkata.
