The media could not be loaded.
 My previous review was deleted and it helped many of the customers before choosing this mixer grinder.
I could not get hold of that review which had posts at every stage of my complaints with proper date and complaint numbers.
I’m adding a summary of the product now.
The purple handle jar is the first replacement jar received from the service team of Crompton Greaves.
Update:
The customer service is the worst. I’m facing the same issue the third time after purchase, and even though the complaint was lodged a month ago, the complaint nor been addressed yet neither resolved.
Update on 09/01/2021:
The complaint hasn’t been resolved yet after more than one and a half months.
I’ve not been able to use that jar since then.
And the other jars aren’t efficient enough.
After purchasing it for more than 6 months,4-5 months I haven’t been able to use it.
Update on 15/01/2021:
The customer service offered me a completely new mixer grinder, instead of a refund which I was insisting on.
I’ve attached the pics of the replacement mixer grinder. The issue is resolved after 49days of hassle.
I’ve not even opened the new mixer grinder, and I will sell it off to somebody offline or online.
Update on 20/01/2021:
Atlast, I’ve sold the mixer grinder offline today.I sold it off for 2000₹, while I purchased it for 2920₹.
And I wasn’t able to use it for 2 months properly out of the 6 months.
P.S.:-
I think this mixer grinder is a disaster and would recommend everyone to go for an alternate brand.
Update on 02/04/2021:
I’ve purchased Sujata Dynamix Dx Mixer Grinder after a lot of research.
It’s better in build quality, grinding and jars are of better quality than this one.
No leakage, No dissappointment and No problems at all till now.
I think in today’s period, brand names are just for show off as I was dissappointed with reputed brands like Preethi, Crompton Greaves, and even Philip’s which I had used previously around 7-8 years without any problems.

Received damaged product however now for replacement I have to chase Crompton. This is shameful. Atleast own the product until the first 15 days. Even local shop owners show more onwership than Amazon

I got old product, not sure how they are dealing like this. If I have made a full payment I should receive atleast new product. Can not not give the review about the product but definitly can say the dealer must look into these kind of cases because this will be the case of your credibility. Packing was open and product was full of dust.

This is the worst product i have ever received from amazon. Have placed request to exchange because previous product was totally scratched but again i have received the same . It has scratches all over the body.

Received on or before promised date undamaged. Product is powerful sturdy , great quality jars as well as main motor.
I would recommend this product for home use.
