Much better product than many bigger brands and especially the battery backup is just Awesome!! Its been 2 months of me using this product and it has been a great experience. The motor is very smooth and the texture and design is refreshing. Loved the trimmer even after using much costlier stuffs in last 7-8 years. Go for it!!

I bought this with love, but it ruined my day. The adjustments are worst and they hurt you soo bad while trimming as the adjustment edges are sharp. I thought of trimming with 4 point but as soon as I kept it on beard it almost did trimmed like zero point. Never buy this product I suggest you. Go for other products.

This is wrong branding.. We can not use while charging.. Information here shows cord and cordless use.. But on manual shows only cordless use

Beared clip is waste its so big that you can’t trim your mustache part under your nose
Clip will touch your nose first n blades will not reach under nose area
Upper portion of mustache remain as it is wherea lower portion got trim
What the hell
Manufacturer should these things before selling
N there is no return policy

It is very bad product..Blade is coming out again and again while trimming the beard..on the top this is not returnable product on Amazon so be ware do not waste your money on this..I had replaced this too but seems again recived the refurbished product by Amazon..this is really not acceptable at all from such a brand like amazon
