Washing machine nice and value for money . But LG service waste . The representative came for installation and he really don’t give value for customers . He don’t have patience at all . He did not explains the programs first he don’t know the programs . He did not wait for some time . He said After installing the inlet pipe his work is over. Don’t send these people to the customers for the installation.

First of all, Thanks to Cloudtail & Gati Express for delivering it in countryside location like mine.
Talking about Build quality, The sides are metal and the top is plastic. one disappointing thing is the control panel (buttons area) is a label kind of material which has some bumps and lumps in some area. A machine worth 15k (MRP 20K) should have glass instead of that.
Performance is better than expected. some people here complain about wash quality but I don’t see any dirt or stains in clothes.. will update if I find something.
The door hinge mechanism is kinda cool. u just give a little push and it closes slowly by itself., I wish this could work in the same way when opening.
& MOST IMPORTANT: the “Air Dry” is a bummer. the term is just misleading. it will just spin ur clothes for upto 1.30hrs.

Bought this machine on Nov 7.. very poor quality of plastic used in the wash drum…it has started to crumble and peel within 10 days of purchase.
Highly disappointed with the brand..they are selling defective stuff online.

The media could not be loaded.
 Within two months two time called LG service person. Some weird sound come from motor side.
LG service person replaced the gear box and now it is working fine. Will keep updating the post after observing some more time.
Update after 8 month. After replacement of gear box it is working fine. No noise and no issue works perfectly…

Washes well, no remnant soapyness on clothes/smell, no lint left on clothes.
All the dirt collected within the lint filter, must be cleaned with every wash, otherwise, it hardens and gets difficult to get rid of.

Pretty decent with 8 functions like Normal/Jeans/wool/Quick wash etc.

Very much noiseless.
If the clothes are lumped together, there is little bit side-banging. Pause the machine and redistribute the clothes to avoid that.

Looks sturdy, both the external side and the drum.

Comes with a rat mesh, which is pretty decent. It must be correctly put in the grooves under the machine, otherwise, it will open up to let rats inside.

if the machine lid is opened while it is in filling water etc., the machine run stops with error to indicate that lid is open.
It does not restart automatically. after lid is closed. we need to press “pause/start” twice to resume.
My older LG model used to restart automatically after closing the lid.
The length of the power wire is bit short. so incase the plug point is a bit away from the place your water inlet is, you would need a power extender.

 Amazon service is great delivery withing 48 hr and installation done very next day of delivery.
About product, I am writing this review after use of 5 days. plz don’t buy it there are so many reasons for it.
1. This series is not found on LG official website, that means this product specially designed for E commerce site only and not a regular product.
2. The control panel is worst because there is no separate indicators for water level, and process, you don’t know it while machine in use.
3. Water level shwoing in number i.e 1,2,3…..insted of litres, useless.
4. The main display always shows the process minutes left, which is pre defined as per process selected, where as it should depends on water, pressure, higher the pressure less time consume to fill up the tub and vice versa, but process is predefined timeline so it work for that.
5. When you select auto mode which process and water level it selected, God’s know.
6. Washing is not so much powerfull.
7. No fuzzy effect.
8. You can’t change process in the middle, once start elese it release entire water and restart process.
9. There is no warranty of 10 years, it’s only promise that the part of this machine will be available for next 10 years.
10. the beep sound volume is as low as you can’t hear it from the distance of five feet.
11. No auto door resume, i.e if you open door while machine is running, it will paused but when door get shut it will not resume automatically, have to press star button useless feature
Overall don’t buy it by looking at five star. Go for better.
12. Its not doing proper rinse, just filling and removing the water, as soon as tin fill up immediately it removes the water without doing anything.

Machine is delivered and it’s been 5 days no technician from LG has visited to install the same. This is inspite of AMAZON also chasing LG service twice. If this is the level of service and response times of LG at the time of installation, how can I trust them during the warranty period or otherwise. If LG does not turn up to install by the 7th day, I will be forced to RETURN THIS PRODUCT & take another brand. Would never recommend any LG product anymore. Buy at your own risk. Will update this review in a few days.

Please don’t buy this model, although the company claims it to be their latest model, it’s a poor performer. My 12 years old LG fully automatic 6.5 kg top loading was much better. It’s better to buy semi automatic rather than buying this model.
