After delivery with in 1day i got a call from whirlpool and Amazon for installation
With in half and hour technician installed the washing machine
It’s running very smoothly, noise level very low
I got bank offer ₹1500 from sbi

Very worst customer service by whirlpool. Even after 15 days post delivery and multiple follow up calls installation isn’t complete.

Although it says magic lint filters on its spec but it is a myth by company. There is no lint filter and you eill see lints on clothes after washing with bed sheet or blankets. Worst product

The item got delivered on 25th May. It is been 12 days, but no one came for installation. We just bought for our emergency usage but no use.. I am keep calling to whirlpool support, but no use. I understand the current situation, but this much waiting period is very bad..
Amazon, pls help in getting the installation.

Washing machine is good, but the delivery person behaved very rude, I felt unpleasantness, he asked “bribe” for taking exchange washing machine, when I refused to give bribe he said he cannot take the exchange washing machine.. I was upset/helpless with the kind of attitude shown, and they have no control from their superiors. Next day installation person came and he is only interested in selling washing machine stand/cleaning powder etc.. pls note and rectify.
